Thank you
for praying for the opportunities of last week. Monday we made the trip to
Chan, Thailand in record time—no waiting at connections for public vans. God
helped us find things on our shopping list for several people. On Tuesday the
biggest challenge was the gas oven for P. and SM.’s bakery business. It was
rather large for transporting; it is on a stand. But after the pick-up taxi driver switched
from her covered vehicle to a nice double cab open back-end pick-up, we were
able to get it to the border and across into Cambodia. Pray that the Lord will
guide in their lives as they live and witness for Him.
Miss L.
spent a morning at the hospital with me to supplement her medical school
studies and witness. We spent some quality time studying the Word of God
together. God gave us other special times with some of the other youth during
the holiday time, to encourage them in putting God first and being faithful in
church attendance. Thank you for continuing to pray for them.
Please
continue to pray for our contacts and conversations each day as we seek to lead
people to Jesus Christ. This Saturday night a Khmer doctor and his family are
planning to come to our home for a cook-out. They need the Lord.
“I will thank you forever, because you have done it.” Psalm 52:9
