Thy Works Shall Praise Thee

God is answering prayer. One of the Cambodian doctors has been discussing the things he is learning about the Lord as he is reading Hubert’s book. A couple days ago L., at his hamburger shop, answered many questions for him. Yesterday at the hospital I shared with him from the Word of God  in response to more questions he had. Keep praying that he would get saved. Keep praying for others who have received books and tracts and gospels of John. God convicts and draws people to Himself.

L. will be preaching at the church the next couple Sundays. Please pray for him as he prepares. He also regularly teaches Sunday School and a new believers’ class after the evening service. Mr. & Mrs. T.  who serve the Lord in the church, have some health problems right now. Please ask God to restore their strength.

Hubert and I will be away during the next couple weeks to visit one of our daughters. Please pray for God to guide and use us to encourage Christians during that time in her country of service.

Bless the Lord

Praise the Lord for the books getting printed in only 2 ½ days. Hubert was able to put some in the bookstore in Phnom Penh and bring some back to Koh Kong. Please pray as we distribute them here to those who can use them. I have been giving some of the apologetics books to doctors and staff that I work with at the hospital. Pray that God will work in their hearts to understand His truth and respond to Him.

Miss P. and Mr. V. leave this week to pursue their studies in Phnom Penh. Please pray for God’s guidance in their lives. They need the Lord to get them into the right universities, to help them in living with unsaved relatives, to keep them safe getting around in the city, to get into good churches where they can continue to grow and serve the Lord, and to be good witnesses in every place the Lord takes them. We had a little farewell party for them after church Sunday morning, and anticipate seeing them once more, at prayer meeting Wednesday.

Thank you for praying, and for praising God with us for His answers.
