God
continues to be proclaimed in our home, at the hospital, and in homes of
Cambodians. Praise the Lord for those who are listening. Pray for them to
respond to Christ’s invitation for salvation. This afternoon I went to the
pharmacy of a friend (SV.) and sat and visited with her and her mother whom I
have known for a long time. SV. is sometimes interested in knowing more about
the Lord and sometimes not. Today she asked to know more. But there were interruptions.
Pray that God will use his Word that she heard and speak to her heart.
One of
Hubert’s English students who has been studying the Bible here for several
months made her decision on Saturday to receive Christ. She joyfully told her
friends that she had become a Christian. Sunday she did not come to church.
Today, Monday, she tearfully talked to me after the English class and said her foster parents
insist she recant her faith in Christ. They are pressuring her. They want her
to remain Buddhist. Please pray for O.
